Brisk Walk

I try to do a mini-interval training. With alternate splits at 7:00 pace and 8:00 pace (each split is 400m).


I end up doing better than that with a very quick start and good pace throughout the 6km. Overall average pace at 7:06. The hip twisting works well. I estimate a proper hip twisting will reduce the pace by about 15 to 20s per km.
