Recovery Run

I have my recovery run a little bit late, only 3 days after the marathon. I still have aching quad, a black toe, an ankle with a blister and a bit pain in my right Achilles tendon.

I started with 7:00 pace. After about 500m, I feel better and started to run at a faster pace of 6:00. I continue to go faster in the later part at about 5:30. Overall, feel great after the run!! The pain in the quad and the Achilles tendon are both reduced.
