My legs/feet are not feeling 100% in the last couple of days. Both ITB are a bit tight, left big toe is still numb, occasionally, there is some pain on the knee. Judgment tells me that it is not good. Potentially due to over-train. Therefore, I was taking the week easy. Today, I only did an easy walk of 6.7km at 8:10 pace.
I try out the walk on the new pair of Kayano Walker. It feels ok.
