I did not carry the HRM with me, therefore, no heartrate info. The brisk walk portion is pretty quick. I am able to maintain 8km/h. I ran in the last 1km, feels good. But the pavement around the area is using brick-like structure. The surface is not smooth and a bit up and down. But overall a nice workout in a foreign city.
